This 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit with warm and inviting coastal chic furnishings features 2 king-sized beds (with pillow top mattress in Master), 2 twins, and 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy lush treetop views of the private courtyard and pool from the screened lanai. It is family-ready with comfortable furnishings, TVs in all bedrooms and living room, Wii game system, and guest closet with beach toys, games/puzzles/books, fishing and beach equipment. Blind Pass is the perfect spot for your next family vacation. It is one of the best-kept secrets on Sanibel Island. Off the beaten path, it is away from the crowds. Perfectly located, it is steps away from the pristine and quiet Bowman Beach, very near Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and a short drive to Captiva. On the grounds there are kayaks, tennis courts, a large outdoor swimming pool, and gas grills available for guests to use at no extra charge. Whether you're looking to relax, get close to nature or have an adventure, C203 at Blind Pass is sure to please!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom with king offers plenty of dresser and closet space. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower. The second guest bedroom with king bed has its own sink and shares the bathroom with the third bedroom with two twins.

Kitchen: The open kitchen has plentiful cupboard space and a large counter with stools.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table seats 6, with stools at the adjacent kitchen counter for even more seating. There is plenty of sofa seating for your family and friends, and the adjacent porch is a wonderful place to relax.

This was our first stay on Sanibel and we will definitely return. It was great to have the comforts of home, close walk to the beach and amazing pool. We liked having the beach closet but some of the items were broken and are in need of replacement but overall was a great addition to our stay. We will definitely come back to Blinds Pass.

Very clean roomy condo. Both of the bedrooms with king beds were spacious. . Kitchen well furnished. Office staff very helpful with everything from replacing a broken coffee pot the same day , advice in eating and rentals, to being helpful in reserving the kayaks on property. (My wife and daughter had more than one up close and personal magical encounters with manatee while kayaking in the canal adjacent to the property.) My kids loved the pool. Easy walk to beach with great shelling as usual. Checking in on a Sunday was a little tenuous since the electric door code to condo did not function. But after some advice from a neighbor we got it to open. Maintenance came the next day to change the batteries and staff said they are in process of upgrading to new doors. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo property itself is beautiful. It is very well maintained, beautiful landscaping. nice amenities. The private beach is stunning and the shelling can't be beat! Couple things. 1. There is NO elevator. So if you are on the second floor, be prepared to haul your luggage, groceries, beach cart, etc. up and down the stairs. This was definitely an issue for my older mom. Had I known, we would have requested a bottom floor. 2. It is NOT a "short walk" to the beach. It is 1/4 mile. The first part of the walk is not bad; however, when you reach the sand dunes, the sugar sand is extremely hard to get through, especially pulling a beach cart, or if you have difficulty walking. The condo itself could definitely use some updating. The furniture and carpets are pretty worn and one of the sides of the king bed is sagging. It could also stand to have a bit better cleaning. We arrived Saturday evening and noticed there were NO bath towels or beach towels. We did have *14* hand towels and *13* washcloths. I called the after hours maintenance and was told someone would get back to me. No one did that evening. Called again, first thing the next morning, no one called back. Called again a bit later, was then told someone was coming. 6 hours and multiple phone calls and texts later, FINALLY someone shows up with the towels. (By now we have been at the condo almost 24 hours.) The front desk girl was super nice, she explained that the housekeeping company had been having issues. (No kidding. Time to get a new one.) Overall, everyone had a good time. The condo was fine, once we got everything settled. The beach closet was a welcome bonus! Lots of chairs, a beach cart, fishing poles, sand toys, nets, etc.
