Boasting stunning bamboo floors, a beautiful custom kitchen open to the living room, and a large southern exposure deck are only a few of the attributes that make this a truly remarkable home. Perfectly designed, it integrates the outdoors beautifully. The home also sits adjacent to Bowmans Beach, a well-worn grass path leads directly from the house to Sanibel's incredible west end beaches without ever crossing a road. The beach is literally in the back yard! Native vegetation abounds, providing great privacy, wildlife sightings, and tropical greenery.
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin size pull-out chair beds (sleeps 8), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & spa, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Excellent location, accommodation, a lovely pool, walk for miles in either direction on Bowman's Beach, the bike path, the shells, the weather, friendly/quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent this home and/or through SBL again!

Good location, not far from the beach. There’s a room closed off inside the house however that has a light which comes on nightly. No outside bathroom access. Might be in another closed off space. Not horrible to walk upstairs and back into the house for the restroom from the pool, but not convenient either. Enjoyed the nearby bike path.

We left the beautiful mountains and snow of Colorado for a quiet, warm, family beach vacation. We got it! Favorite activity while at Crow’s Nest....every evening before sunset we took our binoculars up to the crow’s nest and watched the family of osprey grow and mature.
