Gorgeous and one of a kind home in the coveted West Rocks neighborhood of Sanibel Island. Positioned off of West Gulf Drive, the location of this home is noteworthy to say the least! Just seconds from the beach by car and a 5-10 minute walk on foot, guests will feel as if they can roll right out of bed onto the beach. Featuring three bedrooms/two baths, a heated pool, and a sunfilled living area with airy vaulted ceilings, this home is bright, welcoming, and extremely well equipped. Don't hesitate, this one won't last long!

This home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, configured as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with flat screen TV
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
Guest Bedroom 2: Double bunk bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Primary Bathroom: Located en-suite to Primary Bedroom with single vanity and walk in shower
Guest Bathroom: Hallway access between guest bedrooms with single vanity and walk in shower
Pool Bathroom: Downstairs adjacent to the pool in the carport area there is a half bathroom with toilet and single vanity (not pictured)
This home features a washer and dryer, heated pool with fence, and carport capable of fitting two parked vehicles. There is also an expansive back patio overlooking a peaceful lagoon with ample seating where guests can enjoy their favorite drink as they watch the sunset. Additionally, this home is pet friendly for up to two dogs and can sleep up to 10 guests across its four beds and sleeper sofa.

The host was quick on responding to any questions we had. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the occasional swim by of Al the alligator. It was a seven minute walk to the beach. Glad they offered a beach cart to aid in bringing coolers and beach chairs in.
