This popular and convenient ground-floor unit provides all the amenities for your relaxing and memorable get-away on beautiful Sanibel Island. You will absolutely love this spacious unit which includes a screened porch and courtyard views. The entire unit is decorated in Coastal style with cool, fresh Sanibel colors and local artwork. There is updated furniture throughout the unit and ceiling fans and televisions in every room to enhance your comfort. There is lovely tile flooring throughout the unit, with carpeting in the three bedrooms and large walk-in closets. And enjoy free, secured wireless access throughout.
The bright and sunny living area is large and includes a new flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo with CD player, comfortable seating, large coffee table, a love seat and a pull-out sofa bed. The open dining area seats six and the large cabinet includes games, puzzles, books and DVDs for all ages. A private, screened lanai off the living area provides cozy outdoor seating and has direct access to the C108 parking space – just a few steps! The tennis courts are a short walk away, the pool is even closer and the short walk to the beautiful, pristine Bowman's Beach will take you over a natural bayou filled with wildlife sightings – manatee, osprey, wood stork, green and great blue herons, snowy egrets, etc.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity and has a convenient serving counter with bar stools, updated appliances, and many extras such as a toaster, microwave, espresso machine, and espresso cups and saucers, and a blender. The convenient washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen.
The large master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, TV, tropical-themed furniture, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a very large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and closet. The large hallway closet conveniently stores beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, small surfboards, coolers, shelling nets, and iron and ironing board. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. The adjacent linen closet stores beach towels, additional bath towels, and extra bedding.
The beautiful property at Blind Pass offers lush landscaping, a large pool, Weber gas grills, two professional-sized tennis courts, free use of kayaks/canoes, and tennis racquets. We are located very close to the amazing Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and the island restaurants and activities are just a few minutes away. We love to share this island with others. We welcome your stay.

Great condo. Decorated nicely. Had tennis courts and also kayaks to borrow which was nice. Beds were ok. Lots of towels and beach towels. Ample kitchen supplies. There were a lot of beach items available for our use- such as a beach cart and some floats, a canopy, beach chairs and floats. Only issue we had was that the washing machine did not wash very well and did not spin all the water out so drying the clothes took several attempts. We called the after hours number and left a message with the answering service and no one ever got back to us. Several days later I stopped in at the office and they quickly sent someone over to take a look but they never acknowledged that we had ever called before to report this. A guy came and said he did a reset and diagnostics and all was good. Worked the same as before so we gave up on getting it fixed. Also it is quite a distance from the beach. We were in C108 which was close to the pool and it was about a half mile to the beach. Someone who is disabled would probably not be able to make the trek to the beach without a golf cart ride so I think this should be
in the listing somehow so people are aware. Also there is no bathroom on Bowman’s beach. The pool was very nice. Parking is not that great. A bit of a distance from our unit and the guest parking (we had to use as well because there were 6 adults in our group) was even further away.

Property was clean and had all necessary items for a relaxing week at the beach. Walk to the beach was a nice little workout but very enjoyable. Especially appreciated the stocked closet of beach items.

If you like a beach where can walk forever, a pool, and a comfortable condo this out of the way place is it.

Clean, spacious condo. Had everything you needed from beach towels and toys to baking pans and roll away beds. Also lends out kayaks and canoes for a trip down the bayou. We had a great stay!
