Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach B209: A beautiful 3 Bedroom/3 Bath condo overlooking the pool and exotic tropical foliage. This condo was entirely remodeled and fully updated in December of 2020. Located adjacent to the secluded Bowman's Beach, it is ideal for adventurers who love nature and for those looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the overpopulated Florida retreats. Come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The Blind Pass complex is located near the end of Sanibel Island and is a short drive to Captiva Island and the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge. The condo has 1,568 square feet of space and is beautifully furnished in tropical Florida style with lots of wicker and relaxing island décor.
The unit has a full kitchen with all new, top-of-the-line appliances including a crockpot. The brand-new stacked washer and dryer is in a separate mudroom off the main entry which is totally enclosed to dampen any sounds when you're doing your laundry. The mudroom also has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and a convenient folding beach wagon for hauling all your items for a day at the beach. The screened porch with table and chairs is located right off the main dining area and overlooks the pool area. Complex amenities include pool, tennis courts, canoe, kayaks, barbecue grills. Located on Bowman's Beach, one of the best shelling beaches in the world. WIFI in the unit. The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The condo has two master ensuites with King beds and recently remodeled bathrooms with walk-in, rain-head showers for the ultimate in relaxation. The third bedroom has two full-size beds with a full bathroom with shower/tub directly across the hall. Each bedroom comes equipped with a flat-screen TV. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Kitchen: The updated and airy kitchen with all new appliances is open to the living area and offers counter seating with four stools adjacent to the dining table with seats for six.

Dining and Living Room: Beautifully furnished common areas are decorated with a tropical island feel. The living room has a 55” Samsung QLED Smart TV so you'll be able to access your favorite Streaming Services.
