Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach E208: Enter this renovated three-bedroom unit through the courtyard near the beach walk, tennis courts, and pool. Unit E208 has large picture windows with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the treetops. The tasteful tropical décor, white wicker furniture, and new carpeting throughout the unit are perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. A fantastic shell collection displays the variety of shells that can be found at the best beach on Sanibel. Amenities include tennis rackets, fishing poles, a highchair, books, puzzles, games, and more! Gas grills are available for guest usage. Kayaks are free to Blind Pass rental program guests for paddling leisurely down Clam Bayou (on-site) to see manatees, fish jumping, osprey, pelicans, herons, and egrets. Tennis and Pickleball equipment is free for guests to use on the two professional-sized tennis courts. Visit Bowman's beach through our own Private Beach Access to enjoy privacy, great shelling, frequent dolphin visits, and breathtaking sunsets. Restaurants, shopping, bike trails (rental bikes are delivered to the nearest bike rack), powerboat rentals, J.N. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Two beautifully appointed master suites with adjoining bathrooms include walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and TVs with DVD players. One master bathroom features a tub/shower combination while the second bathroom features a walk-in shower with a separate dressing area that includes an additional sink, mirror, and ceiling fan The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a spacious closet.
Kitchen: The kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a full-size oven and stovetop, microwave, Crockpot, Ninja blender, toaster oven, garbage disposal, and an ultra-quiet dishwasher providing you with everything needed for preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the unit for easy clean up after a long day in the Sanibel sun.
Dining and Living Room: The dining area has seating for six at the table plus four stools at the bar. The living area is bright and sunny with a 32-inch flat-screen HDTV and a DVD player. A home audio system includes a docking station for an iPhone5 with a USB connection for other music downloads from multiple devices plus a compact disc player and radio. An extensive book and game collection, a bar with seating for four, and a queen-size pull-out sofa are additional amenities in the main living space.

The condo was as pictured. Everything it said was included was included, except for the fishing poles (which we didn’t end up needing anyway). The trim work and painting was ok, not professionally finished. But the unit was comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool, both where we spent a lot of time.
The complex only has management until 4pm and you can only check in after 3. That was difficult since we got there just after 4 and they never sent us any “late check in” emails, as they said they would. They had a phone number to call on the office door and it was a bit of a hassle to get into our unit initially as their phone service didn’t have that passcode. They have gas grills for complex use, but one night we attempted to use them they were out of gas. They also have kayaks and canoes free for use. But they can only be used in 2 hour check-outs between 9-4. We loved using them but would have loved to use them longer than 2 hours to explore. The pool was clean and fun. The grounds were kept up and they had a shell washing station that was also great to wash sandy feet after the beach.
We would stay again in the future!

This property has a lot to offer. Covered parking keeps your car’s interior cool instead of baking in the sun. Nicely maintained pool area with some wide shade umbrellas. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware, cups, dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean with excellent water pressure. The large dining room table was much appreciated too. Overall this property provided our family with a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
