Very convenient location to access good shelling beach, shell museum, and wildlife refuge. Mosquitos and noseeums are challenging, bring insect repellent.
Unit was as described. Appreciated the high chair, games, beach gear, and other extras.
Only drawback to this complex is the parking situation - guest parking is extremely limited and was 100% full. Fortunately, the property manager was able to accommodate our second car, but if you are arriving in multiple vehicles I would call ahead and make arrangements well beforehand.

Condo was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent appliances and cookware.
Access to beach was wonderful, with good access to biking paths.
