74m2, in the old town of Nice (pedestrian area), 300 meters from beach, and just near of the main bus station from where you have easy access to all areas of the Riviera and also day bus trips available to the montains in winter for skiing.The apartment is about 5 mn by walking from the Acropolis Convention Center
The apartment is on the four floor of an old 1880's traditional building without a lift, southfacing on a small square with several trees. It has all the comfort:the main room is a stunning living room/dining area,it has been exquisetely furnished with antique furniture and decor , one big and one small bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with bath/shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, eight windows which provide a lot of light with three balconies.There are parquet floors in the living/dining area and the bedrooms.Satellite TV and video, wash machine and armoured front door. Pets are NOT allowed.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming apartment in Old Town, Nice, It has a unique character, is generously sized and feels warm and welcoming.
The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, with a nearby large Monoprix and tram system. making it incredibly convenient to explore from.
The apartment itself was a true gem, providing plenty of comfort. It also has the benefit of a nice balcony. On the fourth floor - but the climb was well worth it!

This was the perfect property! Beautiful apartment in the best part to explore Nice! Full of light...we loved it!!! The kitchen was fully equipped to cook wonderful meals, to enjoy by the balcony! Nathalie & Yan were both wonderful đź‘Ź...they waited for us when our flight arrived late.
Note that the small bedroom only has a dresser & no wardrobe...but the master bedroom has a big wardrobe to share.
We highly recommend this apartment!👍❤...merci beaucoup Nathalie et Yan 💝
