About this house rental
Exit from the stress of your normal life for awhile and enjoy a relaxing time making memories with your family within steps of the greatest beaches in the world!
Wonderful home in Lake District (Phase I) - great for families with small kids (+grandparents!) The house backs up to Seaside, so everything is within a walk or bike ride - including the BoatHouse, Western Lake, biking trails, the restaurants and activities in Seaside, and of course that sugar white sand!
House has master suite downstairs plus two bedrooms up. There are large screened-in porches upstairs and down with an outdoor eating area and porch swing downstairs. The upstairs porch provides a play area for the kids.
Newly renovated kitchen with sitting area and adjacent dining is great for family dining or entertaining friends.
Flat screen TVs are in each bedroom and in the 'Harry Potter' room under the stairs. WiFi Internet access and cable TV is also included. The house has a small office nook if you need to work a little so you can stay longer!
House includes a garage with enough room for a car and all of your bikes and beach stuff.

Exit Opportunity was the perfect house for our young family of 4. Amazing location in Watercolor and had all the amenities we needed including beach toys and bikes. Nice porch to relax on and plenty of room inside.

Thanks so much! Perfect house in a great location. Very short walk to the amphitheater and easy access to the beach. House was one of our favorites from all of our 30a trips.

This house surpassed expectations. We loved the location (close to Seaside, walkable) and the house had some beach gear and bikes, beach towels, etc. Fully stocked kitchen. Go early to the beach club to claim chairs. Make sure to eat at Scratch Kitchen, and take a coffee break at Beach Happy, as both are delicious!

Location is busy but great, house is nice but needs a few updates: upstairs guest without bunk needs new mattress and ideally a larger bed, house needs a deep clean, alot of dust bunnies, outside screened porch floor is dirty, overall good. Good seating in living room for 5-6 guests. Great dining table. Convenient garage.
