-Vacation Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($125 fee applies at booking)
The upstairs opens into a spacious open plan living and dining area with 12ft ceilings with beachy blue and white decor. Several sofas, chairs, dining space, rugs, pillows and additional decor featured in the great room. The living area offers a 4K TV, DVD, Apple TV and board games. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table or in the screened-in outdoor dining area. The upstairs also includes a full washer/dryer and full bath (shower/tub). Downstairs are three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms as well as TVs. The Master includes a KING bed and walk-in closet (shower/tub · double vanity), the Guest room also has a KING bed and the custom DUAL Bunk room sleeps 4.

Bluebonnet is an inviting and relaxing Florida beach retreat located in the heart of Seaside proper with all of the modern conveniences you would hope to have while on vacation. Located on the west side of town, just steps from the western family pool, restaurants, chapel and shops. The Pensacola Pavilion is a short stroll away and offers access to the acclaimed sugar-white sand beach. Four (4) cruiser bikes are also included for our guests to enjoy all that 30A has to offer.

This house is a great Seaside house on the quiet street of Forest. It's a pretty much straight walk down Pensacola to the beach. The bottom level has a nice porch but we really didn't use it other than to store our vacation toys. The bedrooms are also on the bottom which makes it so convenient for coming and going. On the upper level the living, dining and kitchen area is so inviting, with lots of comfortable seating and windows. The upper porch outside was our favorite place to hang out in the mornings and evenings, with lots of comfortable seating and tables. Besides a few places in the house needing some fixing up (master bath could use an update, and a working fan above outdoor dining table would have been nice) this is a really, really great house to rent in Seaside. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is really nice but they say they take the entire day to clean and sanitize and I’m not sure that’s accurate. Most things were cleaned but there was dirt and grime on the doors, doorknobs, cabinets and floors and a few stains on the couch and dining chairs. The shower in the master needs a new shower head- it makes for an interesting shower experience. There are just several maintenance issues that could be fixed easily. Like I said in the title- it was an overall good stay. Great location and wonderful area to walk or bike around and bring your kids and family.
