HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Located in the coveted beachside Gulf District of WaterColor, this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo is in one of the best locations in town. Convenience is all around when you stay at Beachside #21 as it is ideally located between the beach access and the private Beachside Pool.
Natural light welcomes you into this beautifully finished open floor plan, highlighting the hardwood floors and stunning views. The primary bedroom can be found on the first floor, featuring a plush king bed and bunk bed, direct porch access, and an en suite with jetted tub and stand up shower. This suite also includes a quaint sitting area. The second bedroom on this floor also includes a king bed and bunk bed with a private bathroom.
On the upper level, you will find the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is overlooking the open dining room and living room. Two sets of french doors open to ocean views. There is a half-bath off the shared living space, along with a twin over twin bunk nook. The second-floor bedroom includes a plush king bed and private bath.

Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.
Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Renting the property was a good experience but making the time clearer around making changes to the reservation would help

The only problem we had was with beach chair rentals. They are managed by Watercolor and the service is deplorable. I would not spend money with them again. The rental group at the property next door was much better but unfortunately we had already spent our money at Watercolor. Also the hedges need to be cut shorter so you can actually enjoy the gulf view from the balcony.

Enjoyed the condo. Location to the beach is perfect. Plenty of room for our family. Responsive to any questions we had. Clean. Updated. We will visit again.

The spacious condo was very nice with 3 large bedrooms, quality furnishings, and a well appointed interior.
The location was both perfect and very difficult at the same time. Couldn't be closer to the beach and the wonderful Watercolor pools, however the condo is located directly on top of a very busy public boardwalk that leads up to the beach. Teenagers were running up and down the boardwalk all night all week slamming the gate to the beach.
Not a great place for families with babies seeking peaceful evenings, however probably perfect for families with teenagers.
Also, it is very important to note that beach chairs and umbrellas are NOT included in your rental, so be prepared to dole out an extra $300 a week for two chairs and one umbrella.
Great location for an easy family stroll (or bike) into downtown seaside or to the shops at Watercolor. Both great experiences for families.
