Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Welcome to 143 Buttercup! This coastal classic 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in WaterColor features modern, updated interiors and appliances throughout the home with natural light shining through to create an open and airy feel. The home is located in the award-winning community of WaterColor, with a beach club, neighborhood pools, tennis courts, parks, and nature trails all around you. The first floor has an open living area and kitchen with a laundry room attached. The dining table can seat 8 guests for a meal. There is also a patio and screened porch on the first floor with extra outdoor seating. The primary bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed and private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The second floor has its own living area overlooking the balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows. The next guest room has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles and private bathroom. The last room features 2 queen beds with a private bathroom attached and balcony access.
Take the bikes for a ride through the neighborhood to the nearby Gulf for a quick, scenic adventure! There are boutiques, restaurants, and more to be discovered at WaterColor and the neighboring Seaside. Don't miss your chance to stay at 143 Buttercup!

Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

So many positive things to say about this property. House is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with nice decor and comfortable furniture. Floor plan was perfect for us. Bedrooms were much larger in person than they looked in the pictures, plus the bunk beds also have trundles for additional guests! Property has so many amazing porches that we enjoyed daily. Separate ice maker in the kitchen was an awesome surprise. The covered carport was excellent, especially when unloading groceries during one of those afternoon pop-up thunderstorms! Location was great! Two minutes to the beach club by bike or trolley, or maybe 5-6 muchminutes on foot. It's definitely going to be on our short list of properties to check next time we book!

Perfect house that’s very conveniently located in watercolor. The guest rooms are huge and can comfortably sleep 4 each. The master suite is very nice on main floor. Great layout and just a great property.

We had an amazing time in 30A! The house and accommodations were perfect for our family (including our 13 month old). Everything was spacious, comfortable, and functional - we were truly pleased with the quality of everything.
Location was great as well - quick walk to the beach club and seaside shops/food trucks. We loved the area/neighborhood so much!
My only feedback would be to provide hard copy maps of the Watercolor area (trails, activity centers, pools, trolley routes) so we can better navigate and explore all the neighborhood has to offer! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay.
