Welcome to The Retreat 1848 — a beautifully renovated Gulf-front retreat located on the highly sought-after south side of 30A. Designed with comfort and luxury in mind, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome also includes a bunk room with four Twin XL beds, making it perfect for families and groups.
Just steps from the heated pool, dune walkover, and private beach access, this home offers one of the best locations in WaterColor.

The open-concept living area features stylish coastal décor, comfortable seating, and an 85-inch Smart TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Every bedroom includes a large Smart TV, and two sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping flexibility.
The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests and can accommodate up to 12 for larger gatherings.

Great location with easy access to the beach and club. Very clean and comfortable. I just wish there were fans in the balcony to enjoy it more. But overall, excellent.

Our family love staying in Watercolor Townhouse 9. We have stayed in Watercolor for years, but this was by far our favorite. I will definitely rent through Realjoy again. Walt was the BEST to work with. He was helpful before we arrived and all during our stay. We had one maintenance issue and David was sent quickly to repair. can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Enjoyed our first trip to Seaside/Watercolor! The condo was great - a perfect location. Easy access to everything; pool, beach, the square. The bikes were so nice and we really liked the Watercolor beach access. Private enough to avoid crowds yet close enough to the square to walk to enjoy everything that Seaside has to offer! The condo was awesome! We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio everyday, and had more than enough space for our group. The linens and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed! RealJoy was great as well - clear communication and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Positives: Great location, big spaces, washer/dryer, garage parking, short distance to the beach Negatives: No deadbolts on main exterior doors, door locks not working on bedrooms, mold on bathroom ceiling on bottom floor, blinds broken, lots of wear and tear on fixtures and trim work, past guests hair in master shower not cleaned, no key to garage entry door, lighting was out on back porch and our beach umbrella was stolen off the back porch and our door handles tried, the sheriff’s department stated there have been problems with thefts in the area at night when I reported the incident, RealJoy (property manager) unresponsive to request to look at locks when i first arrived and hard to get in touch with even for VRBO, property manager unresponsive to requests once theft happened for lights and door locks both by RealJoy and VRBO. Overall, disappointed with the property managers responsiveness to the door locks pre and post theft. VRBO took no responsibility in the situation either. Cameras on the property were not accessible when I did get to speak with the property manager. For thirteen hundred a night including fees, I would expect some responsiveness when a theft occurs and I would expect things to be in better repair.
