The location of this property is great--very close to the Beach Club and all Watercolor has to offer. Outdoor space is lovely, and dedicated, covered parking is very convenient.
The house is not ideal if you want central gathering space for a group. The living/kitchen areas are separate and pretty small. The upstairs amenities are not as nice as the downstairs (refrigerator/dining table, etc), but that's where the private bedrooms are. If you want two separate living areas and don't plan on spending a lot of time at the house, it's perfectly adequate.
