HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

- You will have a total of 5 RFID access cards (1 card per every two people) for access to the private beaches in Seaside.

Marisol is just off Tupelo Street on the east side of Seaside proper just steps to 2 of Seaside's 3 pools, the tennis courts and fitness center. The main level consists of a spacious living room with flat screen TV, dining room with seating for 8 and/or, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, butcher block table with seating for 3 and bar seating for 2 more. Also on the main level is the QUEEN guest bedroom with 32 inch Flat Screen TV (not pictured) and private bath (shower only). Upstairs you'll find the QUEEN master retreat with private bath/shower combo, small private balcony off the bathroom, and a lofted space with queen bed and 42 inch TV for additional sleeping space and entertainment. The large upstairs balcony is accessible from this loft space. The kids bunk guest bedroom (sleeps 4 in a bottom full size bed with top twin bunk and twin trundle) completes the upstairs with private bath (shower only). A beautiful balcony runs the length of the upstairs and is easily accessible from all bedrooms. Enjoy views of the town of Seaside from up here or kick back and work on your tan!

Located on one of Seaside's largest lots, Marisol is a gorgeous and spacious 3 bedroom/ 3bath cottage with loft space. Featuring wrap around gazebo like decks, gourmet kitchen, and a full bathroom for each bedroom. If you know Seaside, you know the best of Seaside is to be experienced outdoors and the same can be said of Marisol. Beautiful and spacious indoors and boasts wrap around balcony with 3 rocking chairs (not pictured) and lots of green space and paving to enjoy sitting out under the Seaside stars. You'll enjoy the very best of Seaside when you stay at Marisol!

We had a wonderful time in Seaside and at this property. The house is huge and there is plenty of space for everyone to retreat to if they need private time. Everything was correct in the listing, and the address was in the most perfect spot easily accessible to the beach and shopping as well as a short drive to the grocery store. We even had an issue with one of the bikes and called the bike place to help. They were on it within a couple of hours and fixed it for us with no issues. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone who has a large group.

this was a sweet house with a nice kitchen and great location! the only thing that was an issue was one of the walls in the downstairs main bedroom was only a half wall...and the downstairs is where all of the kitchen, t.v., and entertaining action is. it was pretty loud and hard to sleep if you wanted to go to bed early or sleep-in in the morning. other than that, we loved our stay!

My family and I have been vacationing in Seaside for about 30 years now. Unfortunately, this stay was perhaps our least pleasant in terms of housing.
Marisol is located in a fantastic location and the house itself is spacious and can fit a lot of people, great for large families. However, the property was not as clean as it could have been upon arrival and the AC unit for the second floor was broken. We contacted Sandpiper immediately and they said they were aware of the problem and that someone was coming out to fix it. In the meantime, they provided two portable AC units for the hallway and one bedroom. However, there seemed to be a major problem with the AC unit to where at least two separate AC companies were brought out over the course of our stay (with one of these visits lasting until 1AM), with no one being able to fix the problem by the time of our departure. Sandpiper brought out several more portable units for other bedrooms upstairs, which made the stay comfortable enough, but the constant issue of dealing with contractors in and out and the extreme discomfort of the first night was enough to put quite a damper on the stay.
Furthermore, we experienced a few other issues such as the oven/stove not working intermittently, which obviously made it difficult for us to provide our own meals throughout the stay.
As mentioned above, Sandpiper was extremely sorry throughout the process and was as helpful as they could have been given the circumstances. We did receive a small refund for our experience, however it was not the amount we felt was merited for the inconveniences of the stay.
Overall, as ones who will return to Seaside for future vacations, we will probably rent from other property management companies in the area and would not stay at this property again.
