Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: 328 Red Cedar is a fabulous 4-bedroom/ 4.5-bathroom home situated on the corner of Western Lake and Red Cedar in WaterColor's Camp District. This newly painted, charming home boasts unique upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of porch space for many relaxing evenings. The first floor is comprised of the gourmet kitchen and living room, complete with a Wolf gas range and granite countertops. There are also 2 bedrooms with full private bathrooms on the first floor. Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find the Primary Suite complete with a king bed and a large primary bathroom as well as a fourth bedroom. Absolute perfection! My family, which consisted of me, my husband, son, daughter-in-law, two teen grandkids and their three friends, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this lovely home! The location was perfect, as well. No need to drive everywhere because there’s a trolley that will take you all around Watercolor - just download the app!The four bikes were a big hit with the teens as well as the adults. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean with plenty of outdoor space to relax in the mornings with coffee and take in the scenery. The beds were very comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking to truly unplug from the daily grind.

Great location for family. We just had an electric cart so getting around was easy . Ubers and Lyfts were a little harder to find.

Overall WONDERFUL and I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the beds. The queen and king mattresses upstairs were some of the worst I've ever slept on. I am a good sleeper and was restless every night - even my 10-year-old said it feels like "an air mattress, but worse."
