Owned and managed by long-term WaterColor renters, your stress will wipe away once you enter. Perfectly situated right next to Seaside and backing up to a nature preserve, this cottage is just a short walk to the Beach, Camp WaterColor and all of the nature trails of WaterColor.
With a brand new EZ-GO Lithium Golf Cart, a new whole home dehumidification system and 4-bikes at the house, there is no need to even drive! After you have enjoyed the incredible amenities of WaterColor, fall into the incredible brand-new Four Seasons bedding in each room and enjoy the latest shows and movies on the brand-new TV's (with Netflix, YouTube TV, etc) with fast wireless internet. All of our bedding (duvets, shams, pillowcases, and sheets) are professionally laundered and pressed between every stay to confirm clean bedding for every stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The beds and bedding was so comfortable. It was very difficult to get in touch with the host to get check in instructions, and repairs needed in the kitchen. The disposal did not work the entire stat and it started to smell. The microwave required you to hold it shut to operate. However we contacted the alternate number and they were quite helpful to accommodate a late checkout. The kitchen did not have many supplies. There was only 1 laundry pod and 1 roll of paper towels so plan accordingly. Having the golf cart and bikes were super convenient. However we did not receive the link to unlock the bikes until prompting the owners. Same issue with the watercolor beach club wristbands. Overall we liked this stay but had some communication issues along with some repairs needed in the kitchen.

Great location, lovely home and walking distance to all of Watercolor amenities, Our hosts were outstanding and very responsive to any questions or requests. We enjoyed an extended stay and really appreciated the well equipped kitchen!
