This is a very comfortable, newly refurbished and furnished home with lots of special touches.

The location is terrific. Easy walking distance to Fiscalini Ranch. Car needs to get into town. Quiet. It smelled moldy when we arrived but that improved with open windows and doors. Views are nice but there are lots of utility wires. Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a good location with a nice ocean view.The interior is a bit dated and could use some paint touch up.The coffee was old and not good. We brought keurig cups but there was only a Mr. Coffee.
