This property was located in the perfect neighborhood with the most breathtaking views. The home was spotless and just the right amount of space for a large group. Perfect way to start an elopement celebration. There was just enough space to allow the bride to get her hair and makeup done before heading to the venue.

We loved this property, the pics of the view didn’t do it justice. What an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach! The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was the best I’ve seen of any rental with any kitchen item available for cooking large meals! Endless supply of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper. Very well stocked and set up! I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely home with lots of great space. It is definitely one of the best outfitted kitchens I've stayed in for a rental property and had all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. that we needed. The propane tank on the grill was not hooked up properly so we needed to fix that before we could use it, but other than that everything worked well. We enjoyed walking down to the tidepools and spending time at Moonstone beach, in Cambria, and along the coast. We were a little thrown off by the green color of the hot tub water; the management company assured us that was just because of the chemicals used to treat the water, but that didn't sound reassuring to us (especially given we have young kids) so we only used it briefly one night. But since the weather was warm and we were outside at the beach most of the day it was a minor disappointment. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

The property was beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to stay in. Plus the hot tub was AMAZING!! This would also be a great location for a family with kids because of the game room downstairs. The company was great to work with too. We had a mix up with the reservation and they were gracious in resolving the matter. I would definitely recommend using this company again and would absolutely come back to this property.

Just wish we had learned if the telescope worked. We could not see anything with the cover off and after we read the entire instruction manual

The house was perfect for 2 small families. The walk to the ocean was easy with toddlers and the house was well stocked to help entertain them. The older kids had plenty to do as well with the TVs & hot tub

We were excited to see a jacuzzi spa is being installed on the side deck. I’m sure this’ll be an awesome addition to Bella Vista. Just a few upgrades we would suggest. The decking on all sides is very ruff and in need of attention. Also all the patio chairs were so rusted we were concerned for our safety to sit on them. There was two drip coffee makers which neither worked.

The kitchen is filled with every essential & gadget imaginable; the the 3 1/2 bathrooms accommodate an extended family of 7; the bedrooms are configured for kids & adults; the washer, dryer, iron & board are handy....well, I could go on & on. The view from the deck is everyone's favorite, though, followed by the whales we saw from the deck this time & the deer poaching snacks in the neighbors' gardens. The grandchildren really like the bb hoops downstairs and have outgrown the little tyke stuff. We miss the tree in the front yard! This July was uncomfortably crowed in Cambria proper; we tended to stay on the walking trails & sorting through tides pools & various beach flotsam such as sticks, shells, pretty pebbles & anything shiny or interesting. There is a nice hose to wash off the sand near the front door....great idea! We also just hung out at the house itself a lot BECAUSE it is such a comfortable house & is filled with light from the front windows. Open those doors leading out to the need to go far. Just stay in & rest, read, visit or watch that ginormous TV.

The check-in was simple! Arrived to the house and thought it was going to smaller than stated on website. Then, wow! Beautiful interior and spacious! This was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice neighborhood! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. This property was immaculate. Will be looking at renting again!

The property is great for family with kids. Lots of fun indoor/outdoor space. The key/ pick-up process was a little trickier than I would like (we didn't learn the address until we received the keys from a lockbox) but overall, the home and the neighborhood were wonderful. Peaceful, overlooking the ocean, tvs in every room. I would recommend!

Well stocked kitchen. Gas bbq works great. Master suite and remodeled bath very spacious. Perfect location for walking down to the path or water access. The view is incredible and love the location. The sounds of the ocean were wonderful as we ate and slept with the windows open. We walked and rode our bikes to the beach and tide pools. The closest beach is more of a walking beach, not one for swimming. Very clean and well stocked. It had all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook all kinds of meals. Great for families with the downstairs bunk room for 4 kids and entertainment area with TV and basketball. Also a new, large TV in the living room and fast internet. No AT&T cell service but full Verizon cell signal. The wine cellar is really interesting too. I loved having the convenience of the washer dryer since we are an active family and all the beach trips and outings, our clothes and towels were always needing washing. One note, it is a very quiet neighborhood and people will complain if you make any noise outside the house. We didn't have a party but our kids were star gazing at night and someone called to complain, so be aware of your noise level. Also, the water pressure is very low so no power showers, more of a sprinkle shower. But at least the bathrooms were beautifully updated and well appointed. Overall we highly recommend this beautiful vacation getaway home!

Updated, clean and comfortable. Super convenient to eat at home, and our family of cooks appreciated the well-appointed kitchen which was outfitted with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you would need to put together a great meal. Lots of towels and basic supplies. Great to have a washer/dryer as well. Eight minute walk to the tidepools (highly recommended), short drive to town.
The only suggestion I'd have is to include wifi password and instructions on how to operate the TVs in the guestbook. Phone reception can be spotty depending on what carrier you have, so getting a wifi connection was key.
Overall, a fantastic stay. We would definitely rent this house again without hesitation.

Great layout, fireplace, kitchen, space to hang out and reminisce. Very close to hiking and all the attractions. We loved it!

We are two families w/ four kids between us. The kids were entertained w/ their fun downstairs area and adults enjoyed the deck and ocean view. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad to leave. We'll be back.

The upstairs area was especially beautiful and we loved the deck. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and watching the sunset on the beach. The weather was quite warm during our stay and there is no central air which is typical for the area -- we opened all the windows upon our arrival to cool down the home, but it took a while and I wish the windows had been opened for a bit prior to our arrival. Checking in and out was very easy. I would only like to suggest to the property managers to please add shampoo and conditioner to the bathrooms, we were surprised there was none. Overall, we would love to return someday.
