2800 SF new build located on Lime Lake, NY. 4 large bedrooms, one being used as a recreation room. Large great room with gas fireplace and 65 inch tv.

32 foot wide composition (trex) deck with gas fire table. Deck leads to 50 foot wide water front concrete patio. And private dock.
Boat launch available for you to bring your boat.

We absolutely loved our stay! Only 20mins from Holiday Valley. Beautiful frozen lake, 2 fireplaces, pingpong & arcade were bonuses! We would definitely stay again. Home was clean & had everything we could need. Beds were comfortable & there were plenty of extra pillows. Couches reclined & there was plenty of seating. No complaints!
