Easy check-in and check-out. Clear rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to Ellicottville town and Holiday valley ski resort. I really liked that it was also relatively quiet area without loud noises. The whole place felt very cozy.
The whole place felt a bit outdated in term of electrical appliances in the kitchen, TV, lighting. Windows in the bathroom, ground floor living room, and bedroom on the first floor did not have blinds and anyone could just look inside if they wanted to too, so the privacy was a bit of a concern, so my partner and I slept on the second floor instead and had to cover bathroom window with towels. Parking lot was always full so many tenants parked on the side street.
