5 1/2 Park Square is an adorable tiny house property located in the heart of Ellicottville. The ORIGINAL Tiny House of the village. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Holiday Valley Ski Resort and Holimont within 2 minute drive. Hiking trails abound. Bike directly from the front door to cruise around downtown or hit the trails. Come have a weekend adventure!

Had a lovely time in Ellicottville. The tiny house was very nice but it is truly tiny! Bathroom is a bit tight upstairs was very spacious. However the stairs are a challenge. Would recommend for sure.

We stayed for two nights in this cozy little house for a girl's weekend. The location cannot be beat! It's a super close walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive down to Holiday Valley. Although close to town it's VERY quiet and there's off street parking, which was nice on a busy weekend. The beds are very comfortable, the decor is very cute, and while we didn't prepare any meals, the kitchen was well appointed with what we needed - coffee, tea, other beverages and snacks. The only thing I'd mention is that the stairs up to the loft bedroom are steep, and while sturdy and great for adults, they might be trickier with a busy toddler. Owners are very sweet and quick to respond to any questions and we'd definitely stay here again!
