Home away from Home! Great location in between the Village and Holiday Valley

The Chateau Clark was built in 1900. Though she has had significant changes through a complete remodel, she still has plenty of old-time charm along with robust and beautiful modern upgrades. We have had plenty done by the Amish including the custom-built Hickory bedroom sets, 12-person dining room set, doors, Staircase, and hickory trim throughout. This has been our second home/ ski chalet for many years and is looking forward to others enjoying her more moving forward. There is plenty of room, offering 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. You won't be short on a gathering space. The kitchen, Dining room, and Living room all flow together very nicely. There is plenty of dining space for a fabulous meal and to later entertain. The living room has (2) couch sets. One wrap couch ( with built-in sleeper sofa ) is closer to the gas stove, while the other regular set with a full couch and love seat is situated closer to the main TV and Dining area.

We pride ourselves on making sure that all of the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Everyone loves the right tools to get a great night's sleep. We always make sure there are adequate amounts of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and cooking apparatus for the size group that we allow to sleep in our properties. In case there is a power outage this property is equipped with a whole house generator assuring you we are making every effort you will never be without electricity.


The location is superb, being 1/2 mile to the main light downtown and 3/4 mile to Holiday Valley.

The back door entrance area offers plenty of space to store your skis and snowboards in the winter, along with coolers, and added belongings. In warmer weather, it can be used to store Golf Clubs, Tennis Rackets, or whatever else needs to be stored indoors. Once you walk in, to the far left are a few stairs to walk up and enter the house. The closer door takes you into the basement which is partially finished with a bit of a game room including Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and Foosball, as well as one of the full bathrooms. The Washer and Dryer are also in the basement.
