About this house rental
This charming 4 bedroom house is located within walking distance to the village and some of Ellicottville's finest restaurants, bars and shops. We can accommodate 1-16 guests in the three cozy queen bedrooms and the spacious loft area with four full beds and a pull out sofa. Guests can take full advantage at the Wingate by Wyndham, such as breakfast, indoor pool, and fitness center. We offer free high speed internet which is great for streaming your shows on the three smart tv's we have.

We had a group of 10 and had a great time staying here. There was more than enough options for sleeping. The space was large enough for this size of a group to be comfortable. Host was very friendly and responsive. Location was great - short walk or drive to everything in town

The location in town can't be beat. Host was extremely responsive to questions. Lots of room for our group of 12 to sleep. Only suggestion is if you plan to cook, there isn't a ton of seating for meals. Plates, flatware, and cups are also tight in supply.
