About this villa rental
Pretty new villa ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to the Dordogne river. The house offers a very beautiful living space, very bright with a large opening onto the garden.
On the ground floor you will find:
- the large living room, with its lounge area, a sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, a large flat screen TV, wardrobe.
As an extension, the dining area has a massive wooden table and 6 chairs.
- the open kitchen offers new and high-quality equipment: oven, built-in microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and plenty of cooking utensils…
- adjoining, the back - kitchen / laundry room has a sink, freezer, washing machine and ironing set
- the first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, large closets / wardrobe.
All bedding is new.
-the bathroom equipped with a large cabinet with double sinks and storage, beautiful tiled walk-in shower.

The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where is located:

Pass the electric entrance gate, you arrive at the private parking with awning to park your vehicle.
The lawned garden surrounds the house. At the back, there is a pretty terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, parasols, deckchairs and barbecues. Superb view over the Dordogne valley.

Pour les amateurs de TV pas de TV ds les chambres mais on est si bien qu elle ne servirait pas...
