About this house rental
Beautiful character property ideal for a family, ideally placed for visiting the various points of interest in the Perigord Noir (Monpazier, Domme, Sarlat, Beynac, etc ...) Located at the top of a valley it offers a superb view of the surrounding countryside, a 3 hectare plot, a pretty borie and a swimming pool.
In a small hamlet, peace and quiet are guaranteed for families. In the outbuildings are housed a laundry room, and a large storage space for fruit and vegetables and American fridge.
In the house, on the ground floor, large kitchen (stove with 2 ovens, microwave, fridge and small household appliances), large SAM with a beautiful large fireplace, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom (shower + bath), a desk , and a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms, and a large bedroom with 3 single beds.
*** Booking conditions:
A deposit of 650 euros is to be given directly on site when handing over the keys. By check for French, or in cash for foreigners ***

A beautiful house in a beautiful location, we all loved the pool, particularly the children as it was very hot weather. The femme de menage and the owner are really helpful and charming. A wonderful holiday.
