About this house rental

Welcome to 137 Moore Street, a charming cottage located in Lincolnville. This lovely home underwent a complete makeover in late fall of 2015, with updates including recessed lighting and beautiful Delaware driftwood flooring. The kitchen has new cabinets and Volga blue granite countertops. You'll love the bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a smart TV, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Artwork by local artists is on display throughout the cottage. The outside boasts a fenced-in yard and plenty of off-street parking. Please note that this property requires a minimum age of 25 for booking. We're confident you'll love your stay here!

This is a nice small house that is within walking distance of town attractions.

House was as listed. Very comfortable and close to downtown. Only a few blocks from the Fish Camp and Distillery. Only issue we had was no check in and check out instructions from host. Overall a great little place to stay for our weekend getaway.

Cute little home but the exterior of the property needs attention (porch, door) The home needs a fresh coat of paint and the landscape needs attention. Indoors was very clean, updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The main reason that I gave only a 3 star rating was because the mattress was extremely uncomfortable (sagging in center). Needless to say, we had four uncomfortable nights.
