About this house rental
This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

It was absolutely incredible and thoroughly enjoyed every moment! The property had everything we needed inside, was quiet and relaxing, and the location was so convenient to everywhere that we wanted to be. What a charming property! The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the location. Very walkable to several restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when we return to St. Augustine.

One of my favorite places we stayed at during our road trip! We definitely plan on coming back. The place was beautiful, clean and amazing views from our deck. Lots of beautiful artwork inside and the property outside was landscaped beautifully as well! Owners were really nice and accommodating, I can't say enough good things!
