Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located 2-bedroom, 1-bath charming bungalow in St. Augustine. Just a short 3–5-minute walk to downtown, you’ll have easy access to hundreds of restaurants, shops, and must-see attractions.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds with quality linens and pillows to ensure a restful stay. The home includes complimentary Netflix, a coffee and tea bar, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cookware, oil, and spices for your convenience.

Unwind in the cozy living room with a sofa bed, seating area, and a 50” TV, or step outside to enjoy the spacious private deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Bedrooms also include 40” TVs with Netflix access.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, private deck, and parking area located at the back of the home. Smart check-in and check-out make your stay seamless and convenient.

Located in historic Lincolnville, the neighborhood is known for its charm, safety, and rich history. A pleasant walk down Washington Street brings you straight to the heart of downtown in just a few minutes.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU STAY:

* Sleeps up to 5 guests (ideal for 4)

* We start you off with all the essentials you need to settle in comfortably.

* Just so you know, the couch is not a pullout bed and is best suited for lounging or short-term sleeping.

* Strictly No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee/fine.

* Children: For safety reasons, our property is not suitable for infants or small children.

Experience the magic of St. Augustine’s famous Nights of Lights celebration, running annually from November 21 through January 18 — one of the most beautiful and busiest times of the year in the nation’s oldest city!

Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.

Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.

Cute little place for a short stay. It’s a roomy one bedroom with pullout sofas should you have more than two guests. It was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:We needed a battery in the remote for one of the air conditioners. The owner said her team was on it. We never received a battery and had to unplug the unit every day because it was freezing in there and we could not turn it down. The bathroom faucet was broken, there was a rip in the bedroom quilt and some kind of stain was on the couch.We would suggest a dish rack for drying and perhaps to have some information about when you leave, what do you want guests to do. We stripped the bed and put our used towels in the hamper and took out the garbage, because thats what we do, however, no one asked us to.Pros:Great location. Quiet. Close to town! We were able to park our car at the house and walked everywhere.

The entire home was clean and cozy. We had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay! Our host was communicative and caring throughout the entire process. The location of the home was easy to access and absolutely perfect for exploring st Augustine. The porch and privacy was probably my favorite part, the backside of the home faces away from the street, and is surrounded by trees, shade, and grass. We will absolutely be staying here again for any future st Augustine trips! Thank you!
