Very light and nice room.. comfortable .. with great view across the city of coimbra .

Very well located guest house, nice view. Simple, but for the price very good option. Helpful owner.

Winter time expect a lot of humidity.

The location was great, straight packed in the middle of Coimbra. The room was ideal for any solo traveller. Plus the view from the room was incredible! It was amazing to have been in Coimbra when the university parade and celebrations were happening, the atmosphere was electric. A very special city in Portugal which I can recommend to anyone!

At the hotel I didn't see a person or anything and as a sole traveller I like to communicate with locals and people visiting the area and hearing about the history and culture. I think I was the only person staying at the hotel, I totally understand about the high costs but...... It could have been my fault but the communication with getting into the hotel was bad. I don't use WhatsApp that often and there was no mention of instructions or saying there was no team present in the info about the hotel on the booking.com website, The price I think was good for a hotel but I am used to hostel prices and on a real budget, so sadly it was expensive for me! But one of the cheapest at the time which was available.

Location was good. Toilet and hot water was excellent. But it was on top of the hill so prepare to climb up and down the hill.

Damp and mould. It was not comfortable in the room.
