    I will recommend based on my interaction with the owner. Luis was friendly and accommodating. Also, it's a private room for a low price. The shared bathrooms were ok, but toilet paper was missing in some. Thankfully, Luis provides guests with 2 rolls. The top floor kitchen is a mess. There is another one on the 2nd floor that seems better managed/clean. The room got cold at night. The blanket will not suffice, especially for warm weather people. Bring layers. I did and slept great. It was quiet most of the evening, but more noise started happening around 10-11pm. In the morning there was construction outside the window. Literally, the workers were on scaffolding. I had WIFI issues in the room in the morning. I had to go out to the common area near the kitchen to get reception. I also smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway. The place isn't grand, but it's significantly cheaper than anything else.
