The staff member I interacted with was wonderful!
I think the colour scheme of the bedding was not very aesthetic and the overall aesthetics in the room can be improved - like the paint on the woodwork and the coverings on the TV stool. The ensuite was not well placed.

The staff is helpful. The hotel is well located.
My room was in the last floor... (with stairs and no elevator). No air conditioning in the room!

Very well located accommodation, but I recommend not staying on the top floor. There was no air at all due to the heat. Even the additional fans in the room did not help.
The location was very good, but that was the only positive thing.
