About this cottage rental
We have Labor Day Weekend Availability.
We are a Sunday-Sunday rental...our check in days are Sun/Mon/Tuesday. With a 5 day minimum in the SUMMER. Always ask about availability, we may have a few smaller stay dates not made available on our calendar.
We offer more flexibility with minimum stays, and check in days.
We are a 2 max occupancy, no pets property.
We do share the driveway with this rental, however, The Outback is wonderfully private, and quiet.
We respect your privacy, and value ours.
We encourage couples, travel companions, and solo travelers to take advantage of the opportunity to experience Cape Cod in a beautiful, private, quiet, convenient safe, spot!
Past guests, and all guests that book direct enjoy further discounts. There is NO financial obligation for inquiries. Choose from min 2-night stays.
We continue to enjoy incredibly wonderful experiences with all of our guests. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces, and always enjoy new guests, that love the Cape, and love this peaceful spot to relax.
Private 4 room freestanding cottage, all on one floor, with 2 separate sleeping areas. The primary bedroom with a queen size bed, and the reading room with a full-size feather topped futon. We do-not advertise a 2 bedroom; VRBO chooses to do that. We have a 2-guest maximum policy, and we cannot accommodate pets.
We advertise on other free forums, we are not that hard to find.

Across the road from Cedar Pond (fishing) and conservation area.
The cottage is located "Outback" from the main house. Both dwellings are designed to insure privacy for ourselves and of course our guests.
Great location for travelers wanting to see the most of the Cape with timely day trips.
Great location to bring a book and disappear in the field for a rest.
Surf cast, fish the jetties, or charter your own excursion. Catch lunch or a sunset cruise, all of these wonderful activities just down the road at Sesuit Harbor.
Great location to enjoy a variety of wonderful locally owned restaurants and pubs only minutes away.
Great location to swim in pristine Cape Cod Bay, Northside beaches 4 minutes’ drive.
Southside beaches 15 minutes away (Nantucket Sound)
National Seashore 25 minutes away
Cape Cod Rail trail 15 minutes away.

The VRBO tech team claims, that because we live near the ocean and a lake, they can state that we have views. There are no scenic views and I certainly cannot provide unforgettable moments. No doubt our guests enjoy unforgettable moments, but that is an incredibly imposing expectation.
Our listing and pictures and reviews speak for themselves. We offer a wonderful little cottage, that’s comfortable, clean, safe, conveniently located on a quiet, private piece of property that has wonderful outdoor space. We visit the Cape once to twice a year and have stayed at dozens of VRBOs all over the Cape, but mostly around Harwich and Dennis. For the needs of two people, this property is exceptional in all regards. It's quaint and has great decor, it's very clean, the beds and sheets are soft, there are plenty of towels, and the mini kitchen is a huge plus. The window AC units cool well. The shower is very small but the water is hot and it's very clean. The property owners may be the most attentive I've ever dealt with for any VRBO property anywhere. You can tell the owners love this cottage and love showing off the Cape. If you want to avoid a corporate property-manager type experience, this is your property. They are very interested in you enjoying your stay and making sure the Cape makes a life-long impression. We will stay here again. I can't recommend it highly enough.

It was an immaculate place and we were welcomed by Anne-she made sure we had information on places to go and things to see. It was peaceful and relaxing.
