The most fantastic area along the World's Most Beautiful Beaches awaits you.

Our unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed, and one set of twin bunks. This beautiful condominium boasts tile floors, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and beautifully decorated rooms. A large balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool with fountains, waterfalls, and bathhouse, or take a short walk to the deeded beach access. Those of us who have enjoyed the beaches of Northwest Florida appreciate the warm waters and powdery white sand.

When not at the beach or pool, there is much to do nearby! The Town Center features a coffee shop, deli and local vendors on the courtyard. A short walk will take you to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Seaside is a mere ten minute drive, and a must for shopping, restaurants, markets, free family films on the green, and concerts under the stars.

Our family's fondest memories were made together on vacation. We remember building sand castles and riding bikes to get ice cream. Today the kids still try to dunk dad in the pool and try to out shop mom. Seacrest truly is a special place. We hope our home provides the perfect setting for you to build your own memories.

Because demand is high in the summer, we prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the high season.

We were very impressed with the communication from the owner and the condo was spotless. We had everything we needed and it was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. This trip was memorable as our grandkids (ages 5 and 7) had never experienced the beach/ocean; nor, had they ever been on a “vacation”. The condo was perfect; clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Beth made sure to touch base with us and even made suggestions about a local farmers market. The condo is a few short blocks to the community pool and amazing beach. A great alternative to enjoy the amenities of Seacrest (the amazing pool, beach access, ect.) without having to rent a huge house in the neighborhood. (It is literally right next to the Seacrest Neighborhood though) The 3 bed 3 bath layout was perfect for our family of 5 but with the second bedroom that has a full private bathroom, two families could also be comfortable. The owner is top notch, quick with communication and provides all information, and then some! Would definitely visit again!

This was the perfect condo for our family's trip to the 30a area. The location was ideal - very close to Alys and Rosemary and just a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated that the complex was generally quiet as some areas of Seacrest can get quite loud during spring break. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the beach chairs and the boogie boards that we brought to the beach. Would love to stay again!

Beth's condo was perfect for me & my family. It is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. I liked that each bedroom had a bathroom connected. We also really enjoyed having the huge balcony off of the living room overlooking 30A. The location is perfect, about 1/2 way in between the Seacrest & Alys Beach town squares. It is also walking or biking distance to the town square at Rosemary Beach. It is also just a short walk to pool, which is our favorite part about Seacrest Beach. Beth was a great host and very responsive! We also appreciated having the umbrella & chairs available for us to use. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to 30A!

This was our family’s first trip to 30A and it was fabulous. The location of this condo was central and allowed us to essentially park the car for the week and bike about town. Perfect spot for teens to venture out as well as being close to restaurants and shops and beach access. The resort style pool was also wonderful. Condo was clean, owners very responsive and had everything we needed. Will definitely return! Beach access is super crowded but it’s an easy bike ride or drive to another beach access without all of the chair rentals, etc. Kids ranked this as a top beach vacation compared to our past travels to other areas of Florida and the east coast.

My family and I had a very nice stay here. The first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. Even the throw pillows are clean. And they are down-filled. Very nice! This condo was very clean. There are huge windows on the side and sliding doors across the entirety of the front (overlooking 30A) which made it very bright and sunny during the day. The balcony is fabulous as it is all the way across the front and very wide. When we weren’t at the beach or riding bikes, we were on the balcony. Lovely for charcuterie and wine in the late afternoons! The only con is the lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms. One or two of the bulbs are bright white, but most cast a very yellow and dim light. The condo gave us an excellent stay, and we would definitely stay again. Beth, the owner, responded to our every need immediately. She was very easy to contact, and took care of any- and everything.

Very impressed with this condo...located right on 30A. Condo had everything we needed for a great weeklong stay in Seacrest. Loved being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas. Had to haul them down to the beach in the mornings, but it saved us $1000 from having to rent through the vendors on the beach. Short walk to the beach or pool. Condo was very spacious...plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beth was very responsive to any questions/issues we had and reached out to us after we arrived to ensure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Wife and I took our 3 children to this location for fall break. We’ve been summer vacationing in Rosemary/Seacrest for about 8 years and we love the area. We have zero complaints about the condo or the property manager. Both were exceptional. Our only complaint is the beach access with this condo is the same access for what seems like every single property in a square mile (sarcasm). We didn’t have anywhere to set an umbrella and some chairs when we walked down there on our first day, literally. There were groups from shore to dunes. We had never seen a beach so crowded on 30A. We ended up going to the public beach access at Inlet Beach (a couple miles east, off of 98) and it was very spread out and un-crowded. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed the condo and exploring all the little beach towns along 30A.

This home was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony prior to our morning walk along the beach where we saw dolphin, stingray and crab. It is perfectly situated right in Seacrest and just a short walk to Rosemary and Alys. The private beach access is an easy walk or quick tram ride away. The owner Beth was so responsive and wonderful to work with. We would be excited to stay here again on a future vacation to 30a!

Beautiful condo in the Alexander. Property was exactly as listed. The owner was in contact to ensure check in process had no issues and was available if needed. The balcony was a great place to relax and watch the world go by. Excellent location to all the amenities not only in Seacrest but also Rosemary’s Beach and Aly’s Beach. A short walk can take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. The community pool is very large with multiple areas for swimming or lounging. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in 30A.

We have 3 kids. We usually rent a home to give us more space for our family, friends , anyone else that may want to come over to hang out. We switched it up with booking this condo & were pleasantly surprised by the size of it. Better than the pictures. Big fan of the large balcony facing 30A. Great location! Very easy to get to the beach, LARGE pool & food. Beth was very quick to respond, great communicator. My wife & I have already talked about booking this condo again for next year.

This was the perfect condo for our family’s first trip to 30a. Easy walking or biking distance to the pool, beach, Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary. Kitchen was large and well equipped for cooking a couple of meals in. The condo was very comfortable for our family of five with three teenage daughters (3 full bathrooms!). Great stay!

Space was exceptional. Lots of room for everyone. Location right on 30A was perfect. Especially since the Alexander still has access to the 12,000 ft pool (one of our favorite things when not at the beach or riding bikes). Highly recommended! Thanks to the property owners.
