Step inside to an inviting open-concept main level where the kitchen shines with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a breakfast bar that seats four—perfect for casual meals or entertaining. A versatile first-floor guest bedroom features a Murphy bed, doubling as a home office or extra sleeping space.

Beautiful house and amazing balconies! Bedrooms were spacious, clean, and all had private bathrooms. The queen murphy bedroom is actually the back entrance to the house, so that person doesn’t have privacy unless you only use the front or side door. The property is busy with lots of people. The pool is amazing, but packed with people daily. The property refused to allow bikes or carts beyond the beach access gates at the road. (Don’t waste money renting a cart) The beach was so packed with people from the property it was difficult to find space each day. The chair/umbrella rental company takes up more than half the beach space, and everything is privately owned so you couldn’t sit anywhere but the allotted property space. We usually stay down the road away from this area, but thought we would try out being closer to town. It has perks, with teenagers…they weren’t bored at all. The adults preferred the slower pace, quiet, and wide open beach access of areas down the road. If you like lots to do and have the cash to spend on all the extras it’s a fun location.

It was great. The view of the ocean from the rooftop porch was a bit of a stretch. And it was implied it was on the larger porch. But otherwise we loved it and would rent again.

This stay was very good. The house is very comfortable. The only thing that needs to be improved is the pans and pots in the kitchen.

Pros:The house itself was nice, 4 bedrooms/4baths and it is in a good location walking distance to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Easy check in. Host answered questions in reasonable time. Cons:Unfortunately the community HOA rules in this place completely ruins it. We got yelled at for hanging beach towels on the balcony to dry. I was drinking a La Croix in the pool and got yelled at because apparently you can’t have drinks in the pool even a seltzer water…Every hour the kids have to get out of the pool.You can’t use beach carts to the beach or tents or any other type of sunshade except a single umbrella.Had to take 5 flights of stairs to the beach and it was only a small area that was packed. The house didn’t come with bikes, umbrellas or beach chairs they make you rent them. Every other place I have ever stayed in on the beach provided these for their guests. It was a nice house but because of all the ridiculous rules, lack of house amenities and not so accessible beach I would not stay in this community again.
