This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is ideally located in Seacrest Beach, just steps from scenic strolls, bike rides along 30A, and all the charm this vibrant coastal community has to offer. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, this home sleeps up to 14 guests and includes free attraction tickets every night of your stay, adding even more value to your beach getaway.
On the 1st floor, gather with loved ones in the main living and dining area that flows seamlessly into a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for sharing meals after a day at the beach or browsing the nearby markets. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 more at the peninsula. This level also includes a convenient half bath and a king bedroom suite for added comfort.
Upstairs on the 2nd floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms including an extra-large suite and a laundry room to make longer stays easier. The 3rd floor now features a queen-over-queen bunk bed and opens to a balcony with wide views of Seacrest and glimpses of the Gulf. It’s a great spot to unwind after exploring the area or spending time along the shore. A full bathroom on this level adds extra flexibility for your group.
Outside, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower with hot water, then fire up the gas grill to enjoy a casual cookout. The home also features garage parking, tankless water heaters for added convenience, and separate HVAC on the 3rd floor to keep things comfortable. Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

This home was perfect for us. Our daughter and husband with their four month old daughter had the whole second floor. We took master on main floor. It sounds huge for just four and a newborn, but newborn things are big! We ate dinner three times on the top level balcony, which was wonderful! The family room furniture was so comfy and a perfect swivel chair for rocking our baby. The beds were comfy and showers are huge. What’s not to love! We all said we will be back! The front porch swing was used a lot as well. The garage was so handy for all the beach items, and stroller. The only suggestion would be maybe four towels in each bathroom instead of two. We had to keep washing towels. Otherwise...it was perfect!

The good: we loved the porches and the large walk in showers! Check-in was easy. Our kiddos loved the very large resort pool.The not so good: a big part of why we chose this place was the convenience of being able to take the tram but about 80% of the time the tram was impossible to contact. The tram service would also close during working hours without any notice or way of knowing that it was closed/unavailable (we learned this from beach security). We ended up carting all of our gear and young kids to/from the beach and pool the vast majority of the time. It would be okay if we had expected this but again, a large part of why we booked was convenience of getting a ride to the beach and pool with lap children in tow. This seemed to be one of the few units that didn’t have an outdoor shower or hose. The house had hand prints and dirt covering almost every wall so I would not consider it “well-maintained” and lastly, it was missing a lot of small conveniences that every other rental has had. I.e. there were no hand towel holders in several bathrooms to hang a hand towel and there were no extra blankets to be found anywhere.Overall, 3 star experience and I could not say that I would rent this place again with all of the options available in the area.
