Parking: Designated parking spaces are available with your numbered unit on them in the parking lot behind the building. (The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long term parking options in their lots.)
Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
Golf Carts: Golf carts are not permitted in Seacrest.
Furry Friends: We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one time, non refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Parking was also very easy, which made everything so much more convenient.The condo had so many thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel effortless, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, as well as beach towels and chairs, such a nice touch.Kalos was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. All the information was clearly laid out with expectations set upfront, so there was no guessing, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay at Kalos Dwelling! Christine was fantastic to work with—she answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we felt right at home. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. There was so much to do in the area, from exploring cute nearby towns with unique beach vibes to riding the provided bikes along scenic routes. Each town offered something different, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend Kalos Dwelling for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable getaway!
