From October 26 through November 20, Windswept Villas will be completing a scheduled parking lot repaving project. During this time, guests may need to park in an adjacent parking area and walk to their building.
Please keep this in mind when booking, particularly for guests with limited mobility.

The Penthouse at Windswept offers sweeping Atlantic views, elegant interiors, and a peaceful setting just steps from the beach on Kiawah’s East Beach. With three king bedrooms and three private bathrooms, it’s ideal for couples traveling together who want comfort, privacy, and incredible ocean views.
The bright living area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy coffee at sunrise or unwind to the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather and enjoy relaxed meals together.
Two oceanfront master suites offer stunning views, king beds, and spacious bathrooms, while the third bedroom also features a king bed and nearby bath.
Located just steps from the beach and a short walk to Night Heron Park, shops, and restaurants, The Penthouse offers the perfect oceanfront escape to enjoy Kiawah with friends or other couples.
Please note that this property does not include access to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort pools.
To help you enjoy your time on the beach, we provide beach towels and a cooler in the property.
Additionally, beach chairs, sun shades, bikes, boogie boards, and baby equipment are also available for rent.

The villa is excellent in every way. It is on the ocean on the top floor of a well-located quiet building so the balcony and upstairs bedroom have panoramic views. It was nice being so close to the Night Heron complex. Everything that you could possibly need is provided, although you have to pay extra to get beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (but there is a separate company that takes care of all of those details and I can see the management not wanting to worry about that). The rental agent was very responsive and easy to work with.

This was our 15th time staying in Kiawah...and our experience with staying at this property has resulted in it becoming one of favorites! The "front row" to the amazing beach views and access, the location within the Heron Park community and convenient access to the Nest Marketplace and activities, and the condition and amenities of this property make this a 10 out of 10! A friendly piece of advice, you get what you pay for...there are less expensive properties, but for all of the value that you receive for the price point, the Penthouse property is a rare find indeed! Very special play to stay!
