This 4th-floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a Windswept Villa that offers stunning views of the ocean. The charming villa has undergone a complete renovation and is just steps from the beach and walking distance to Night Heron Park.
When you enter the main living space, you are greeted with a cathedral ceiling with many windows offering an abundance of natural light and ocean views. The open kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances, white cabinets, and granite countertops. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, featuring a large window creating a bright airy space, or eat at the kitchen island, which has 3 bar stools. The living room features a comfortable sofa and multiple chairs offering ocean views while watching a 54” flat-screen TV. Sliding doors in the living room lead you to a shaded afternoon deck. Perfect for getting out of the hot afternoon sun while relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.
The oceanview primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom for added privacy with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The second oceanview room also offers a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private entry via a modern barn door to the full hall bathroom. Just down the hall, you’ll find the third bedroom featuring two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, cable TV, and high-speed wireless internet.
Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the villa's front entrance. The camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Everything about this property is fabulous! The pictures and description almost don't do it justice! The views are stunning, the amenities are generous, and the location is perfect! Nothing disappointed us about this property. The property managers were extremely responsive in the one issue we encountered. They prepared us well for what to expect, check-in was easy and smooth, and check-out was a breeze! They layout, living space, kitchen, bedrooms, and baths were more than sufficient for our group of five women. The light in this corner unit makes you feel as if you're outside (but without the bugs and humidity)! I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Property was as advertised. The front door (and ONLY door) had a loose handle. The door jammed shut and we had an anxious few minutes as we were LOCKED IN the villa and family members returning from the beach were locked out. The property manager quickly had a repair team at the villa so it ended up OK.

Fabulous location, condo is beautiful. Door code didn’t work on arrival which was frustrating and delayed getting into the unit. Also air conditioning was broken. Condo was uncomfortably warm the first night until HVAC person arrived the next morning to fix it.
