Welcome to your dream getaway! This stunning first-floor oceanfront vacation rental was completely renovated in early 2025, blending modern design with the relaxing charm of coastal living. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by airy open-concept living spaces and high-end finishes throughout.
The totally renovated open-concept kitchen, featuring sleek gray and blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook in style. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and living area, now updated with fresh, contemporary furniture and beautiful light wood floors that bring warmth and elegance to the space. The living area offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen television for entertainment. One of the several oceanfront balconies is located just off the living area, and provides a covered deck with a small dining table and chairs to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view.
Retreat to the serene primary suite, where you’ll find all-new bedroom furniture and a luxurious en suite bathroom boasting a dual vanity and a chic walk-in shower. A covered patio is also accessible from the primary suite. The secondary bedroom is equally inviting, complete with a new king-size bed and a fully renovated bathroom featuring an updated vanity and walk-in shower. You can even lounge outside on the balcony in one of the two lounge chairs, and listen to the calming sounds of the waves or the seagulls as they fly by. The third bedroom is near the villa’s entry and offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Overall the property was great, but there were a couple items we wanted to call to your attention:
1) The lock box was extremely difficult to figure out and, in fact, we were unable to lock it back up upon our departure. Last year we stayed in a unit that had a keyless entry. That was great because we didn't have to think about keys when we went to the beach.
2) The living room furniture was dated and somewhat worn. For older people, the couch and chairs did not provide good support when sitting.
3) Everything else was great and we would possibly consider rebooking this unit again.

Enjoyed our time in 5101 Windswept. Two comments. Felt like a box of tissue should have been provided in each bathroom. None supplied in condo. Linens would be described as poor. Only one pillow per person. No extras. Most of us sleep with more at home. Only top sheet and very thin bed spread/blanket on bed. No extras. Wished I had brought my own linens from home. I would not rent this condo again due to that. I would recommend it to a friend with that caveat.
