Located just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, as well as lagoon views from the primary bedroom and living area, a screened-in porch and a seasonal community pool, which has a designated grilling area.

This second-story Maritime Villa, accessible by a large elevator, has just undergone some beautiful renovations, and features an open-concept floor plan, with the kitchen/dining space and living area flowing well together. The beautiful kitchen boasts a Wolf six-burner range, sub-zero refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers, farmhouse sink, and granite countertops . The large kitchen island also serves as a dining space which can seat 3. Just steps from the kitchen is a new dining table that has seating for up to 8. Just off the kitchen area is an open deck which has two chairs and a small coffee table. The spacious screened-in porch offers a table and 5 chairs.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen television and an en suite bathroom, clad in Carrara marble, two vanities and a walk-in shower, plus a soaking tub! Equally beautiful are three guest suites.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom boasting a granite vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a king bed and a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom has a granite vanity and tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds, plus a flat screen TV, with its bathroom offering a walk-in shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Maritime community pool. This pool is unheated and open seasonally.
