About this apartment rental
This is an 1157 sq ft, ocean front, 2 bedroom/2 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! This property is on the 2nd floor of an oceanfront building with a private deck. It is steps from the beach. It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the master bedroom.
From the patio deck one can see the amazing salt pruning that occurs on the vegetation as air from the Atlantic ocean starts ascending above the trees. The salt air will prune the vegetation. Some salt air even deposits on the windows when it is not blowing on you. Deer frequently like to eat breakfast and snacks on the dunes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas.
There is Zinc Top Dining Room Table with a Dark Weathered Zinc Oak chandelier with 6 chairs.
The living area is large and roomy with a large chaise sectional sleeper sofa and large TV on natural wood paneled wall.
There are beautiful wide-planked, gray textured wood floors throughout.
The bedroom includes a King Bed and a second TV. You enter the huge spa-like bathroom from the master bedroom and are able to enjoy the large walk-in shower with bench, shower massage, large shower head and a hand head shower. In the master bedroom, there is also a nice bathtub. The faucets in the bathtub and sink have old European type look.
There is smaller bedroom has a King Bed and third TV and walk in shower with spa like shower heads. There is bench, message heads, hand head and shower head. The faucets in the sink have old European type look.
This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Also included is wireless internet to help you stay connected during your stay, washer and dryer.

Great location, fully stocked, comfortable, and the best part - the view! I miss having coffee on the balcony and looking at the ocean. We’d definitely book the property again.

Such a terrific property that looks out at the beach and ocean with the boardwalk to the beach near this property. We loved the separated king bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Both were very spacious and worked great for our stay. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the ocean. This location is in close proximity to the Sanctuary property which is nice if you're attending events there. The parking was great and we never had any issues finding a close parking space. Overall is was a great visit and Ranjiv was so helpful with communication.

This is an excellent property as it relates to getting you excellent beach access. The living room is nicely arranged. The dining area has a large table great for games during the evenings. The kitchen is well outfitted. Bathrooms are spacious and have great towels. The area has some restaurants close by, but at home dining is a good choice for some of the daysThe balcony set up is shaded all day and has a very good view of the. We played pickleball and padel while visiting

A very well-appointed property in an excellent location. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Ranjiv was responsive and professional throughout, making for a seamless stay. We would gladly return.
