This calm, beautifully decorated villa is designed for relaxed Kiawah stays with family or close friends. Natural light fills the open living area with high ceilings and reclaimed wood floors, while the living room flows easily onto the lagoon-view deck, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.
The kitchen is fully renovated with marble countertops and premium appliances, making it easy to prepare meals together. Nearby, the dining area overlooks the golf course and lagoon, offering a peaceful setting for gathering after a day at the beach.
The layout works especially well for families or couples traveling together. Two king suites each include large TVs, walk-in showers, and serene lagoon views. The third bedroom features two twin beds and its own private bathroom.
Guests love the quiet Turtle Point location, the short 3–5 minute walk to the beach, and the close access to bike paths, golf, tennis, and The Sanctuary Hotel. Historic downtown Charleston is about a 30-minute drive away.

We couldnt have enjoyed our time in Kiawah more! Jeanette and Shawn are the ultimate hosts! The condo was so comfortable, and it had everything we needed (and more!) with a short scenic walk to the beach.We traveled with our two young children and we ALL enjoyed ourselves. Our bikes and beach chairs, and requested crib were waiting for us which made things so seamless, giving us more time to enjoy ourselves.We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Condition of the property was outstanding with very good attention to quality and cleanliness. Host was gracious and responsive making for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent there again.
