In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This second floor Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, a sunroom, and unmatched views of the Turtle Point Golf Course. This villa is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach.
The first floor of the villa showcases soft, neutral hues and golf and lagoon views from nearly every corner. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and deck access. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area overlooks the golf course and lagoon and is perfect for entertaining with its close proximity to the kitchen. The dining area has ample seating for your whole party.
The sunroom, located in the villa's rear, showcases an abundance of natural light and offers generously sized windows framing the lagoon and golf course. It surely is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a good book!
The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and is equipped with a king-sized bed, a TV, and a spacious balcony overlooking the stunning golf course and lagoon. The private primary bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity, a spacious bathtub, and a beautiful glass walk-in shower.
The secondary bedroom is located on the first floor and offers 2 full-sized beds, a TV, and a private secondary bathroom with a glass, walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is also located on the first floor and offers 1 full-sized bed, 1 twin-sized bed, and a third bathroom. This full bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub combination that is also accessible from the hall.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Point condo. It is a great location that is central on the island and close to the beach. The condo is stocked for evenings to stay in and cook and play games with the family, and it is very close to the restaurant at Turtle Point Golf Course and additional restaurants at The Sanctuary.

We spent a week in this beautiful villa- so bright and clean, perfect for our needs (2 adults and 3 “kids” age 20, 18 and 16). Easy walk or short bike ride to the beach, watching the golfers and gator from our balcony and the ease of having beach gear/bikes delivered to our door are what made this place well worth the trip. We would definitely stay here again!
