About this bed and breakfast
You'll be just blocks away from everything this city has to offer. Walking distance to just about everything downtown including the Utah State Capitol, Temple Square, City Creek Mall and City Creek Canyon.
If you are visiting Salt Lake City for a convention, skiing, or anything else this amazing city has to offer, this is the perfect location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants. bars, and skiing. Most within walking distance of your front door.
You will be just 20-30 minutes from Park City and several major ski resorts.
Inside you'll find tasteful furnishings throughout as well as fresh clean towels and sheets.
Outside you will find your own private patio overlooking the pool. Off street parking is available and a hot tub is on the property.
This is not meant to be a party house. If you are looking to party, please keep looking. This is our guest home attached to our main residence, please be respectful of our property and our neighbors.
FYI the pool is generally opened up for the season around Mother's Day and closed for the winter around the end of September depending on weather. The pool is winterized and closed for the entire winter.

Drove out with a great friend to visit my son and his partner. Excellent property. Loved having the pool and appreciated the privacy and hospitality of the hosts.

Very nice property with a private oasis out back with a huge pool! The 2 bedrooms were a decent size and the bed was comfy. Across the street from the capitol which has a lovely park surrounding it. Also found a cool trail right next door! This will be my first choice for my next visit to SLC!

We loved staying at this carriage house property just feet from the Capitol building. We walked to and from the Salt Palace each day. Will stay again!

The property was OK, the main living space was clean, but the bedrooms pillow shams and comforters were not so clean, specifically the pillow shams to the bedroom we slept in. They were pretty smelly (BO) all bed coverings should be washed per guests stay, entire bed cleanliness is a must to make it a truly comfortable stay, the bed sheets and pillow cases and blanket were clean but had old stains; the laundry closet should have doors being that it is in the bedroom.
The doors inside should be re-stained.
I was disappointed with these things because the property was rated high for cleanliness and that’s why I selected it.
