Yikes, right downtown. Some might like that but it was a little close for us. My bad though, I knew it was downtown, I just thought it was closer to I15

The room had all advertised amenities, and I liked the high-performance air-conditioning. The hotel is in a brilliant location, within a short walk of the major sights of downtown Salt Lake City. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the hotel, and it was very quiet at night. I liked the swimming pool. Staff were very nice and friendly.
Although nice to include a free breakfast, I felt the offering was poor quality. A more simple breakfast, with high-quality produce, would have been preferred. The coffee was dreadful.

I PAID FOR PARKING AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THE TAG WAS GOOD IF WE LEFT THE PROPERTY AND CAME BACK. I WAS TOLD YES. HOWEVER UPON RETURNING LATE AT NIGHT I DID NOT HAVE A PARKING SPOT. I HAD TO PARK IN A DIFFERENT AREA AND WE DIDN'T FEEL SAFE. I FEEL LIKE THE HOTEL SHOULD ONLY SELL TAGS FOR HOW MANY OCCUPANTS FIT.
