The hotel lobby and entry are amazing. The rooms not so much. We moved rooms. Was better after but we should not have to move rooms for a good hotel experience

We had an excellent experience. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. He was even able to look up my very old Marriott rewards number. Later the bartender was also wondeful about helping me confirm what menu options would be safe for my gluten and soy allergic kiddo and husband. He went the extra mile to verify with the kitchen. My family also loved the bathroom fixtures, shower and water pressure.
