    I recently stayed here for one night and decided to book the King Tower Suite after hearing that the rooms had been remodeled within the last couple of years. Overall, the room was beautifully designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a relaxing night's sleep. That said, there were a few maintenance issues that kept the experience from matching the premium price of the suite. First, the bathroom mirror had what appeared to be a permanent black stain or mark that couldn't be cleaned off. It was immediately noticeable upon entering the room and looked like something that warranted replacing the mirror rather than leaving it as-is. Second, one of the lampshades had several permanent stains, which took away from the otherwise updated appearance of the room. Lastly, the shower drain wasn't functioning properly. During both showers, water accumulated to ankle depth before slowly draining. In a recently remodeled suite, I wouldn't expect a drainage issue like that. Despite these concerns, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The property itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and hope these maintenance items are addressed, as they would make the experience live up to the quality the hotel is clearly striving for.

    We paid for an upgrade room and it is worth it. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool has an indoor and outdoor section. The water is warm. There are two hot tubs. The hotel is in a great location with a short 10-15 min drive to the convention center. There were a lot of tulips in this hotel and at the sister hotel across the street, Grand America Hotel. We were very happy with our stay.

    The parking is tight, the first room smelled like fridge, second room smelled like little old lady. Pool was dirty. The diner was extremely short staffed. This place was great several years ago but now it’s gone downhill.
