Beautiful Home with Pool, Spa and Close to Polo Grounds

Property was exactly as listed and felt even more spacious when we arrived. Two living rooms is clutch! We chose to stay here while attending Coachella, the location cannot be emphasized enough - 5 min rides to the venue kept costs down and easy transit on the way home including walking made for everything festival related to be a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and we all felt very at home in this space. Communication was great and Paul was forthcoming with all check in info as needed. Check out was also easier than ever thanks to the helpful instruction manual. If you can lock this spot down for a festival (or for any trip to the desert) - do it!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s house! He was a great host and reached out before and during our stay to give instructions and check in on us. The home is very well stocked and we found everything we could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were great. And the location can’t be beat…it was close to everything!

We had a great and house was great! We would definitely stay here again. Ouse and kitchen were well stocked. Pool was great and our young adults enjoyed the pool and sun bathing. Paul was great and a very helpful host!

We stayed at Paul’s property over the holidays and had a nice time. Paul went out of his way to add some holiday decorations around the house, which was a really nice surprise. Paul also came over to show us how to work the pool and spa heater, and answer any questions we might have. While we enjoyed our stay, the house could definitely benefit from some TLC and a thorough cleaning. The furniture is quite dated, and the dining table chairs were too low for the table. We found a box of Chicken In A Biskit crackers in the master bedroom cabinets that look like they've been there for years. There were way more flies (dead and alive) than we were comfortable with in the master bathroom. One of the bedspreads was covered in pet hair, as though it hadn’t been washed. Nearly every cabinet, drawer, and closet was completely full of items. While it was great that there were so many items, the abundance of stuff made it hard to find the things you were actually looking for. While we enjoyed our stay, I believe future guests would be much happier if the house were decluttered, deeply cleaned, and perhaps fitted with newer, more functional furniture.
