There is garage parking for 2 vehicles, the driveway fits 4 additional vehicles, and there is ample free street parking in front of the house.
-The City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing valid government ID, license plate/ vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group.
-Spa heat is included; Pool heat is available for an additional fee, please request 24 hours in advance
- Please note occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
-Maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets are subject to a fine of $500 per pet.

Our stay was great and better than expected. We had 9 people and everyone slept comfortably with room to spare. The house and backyard are bigger than they look online and there is plenty to do for people of all ages. Rick was awesome and easy to communicate. Would definitely stay again when I am back in the desert

Rick was a fantastic host, and made the process very easy and straight forward. The house and amenities were great and fit all of our needs perfectly. Loved the pool, putting green, pool table, and Pac-Man machine. We used all of it, and it made for a lot of built in entertainment. The beds and linens were all nice and new, and very comfortable. I appreciate that all details were thought out, to make the guest experience more enjoyable, and convenient. Our next time in the area we will definitely want to book this property again. Highly recommend!!.

Annual family trip, eight guests, ages 5-68. The property is clean, well-stocked with linens/cookware/dishes and well-maintained. Highlights included excellent beds, clean pool, jacuzzi, furnishings/decor, great grill and a close, clean and well-stocked market. We enjoyed the local public golf course and a shopping trip to Old Town La Quinta. Rick is an excellent host. We can’t wait to return.
